James Haddox joined Quanta Services
as CFO in 1997, bringing broad experience in the financial
management of nationwide service companies. Before joining
the company, James was Senior Vice President of Finance
with Corporate Express Delivery Systems, Inc., a national
provider of same-day delivery services. He joined Corporate
Express from U.S. Delivery Systems, Inc., upon that company’s
acquisition by Corporate Express, and had served as Chief
Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance, and various
other positions at U.S. Delivery.
His other professional experiences include independent
business consulting, Chief Financial Officer and Chief
Accounting Officer at Allwaste, Inc., and work at Arthur
Andersen, LLP. James is a Certified Public Accountant,
and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute,
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
and the State of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants’
Society.
